At Iron Autumn Forge & Candlelight Craft, we take pride in our handcrafted items. Each piece is individually made using traditional methods, which means natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of their unique character and charm.

Defective Items

We will accept returns only for items that are genuinely defective in craftsmanship or materials. A defect is defined as a structural flaw that compromises the item's intended function or safety.

Non-Returnable Items

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handcrafting
• Slight irregularities that are inherent to traditional forging or candle-making processes
• Custom or personalized orders
• Previously used or worn items

Return Process

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and a description of the defect. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will either repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
